Private play
We are going to offer something different at The Wiggle Room. During this uncertain time, with people wanting to limit their exposure to others, we are going to offer private play times. We will be closed to the public and only available for one family at a time.
We sanitize before and after, as well as during, play time. We fog with disinfectant at night to reach all the nooks and crannies. Also, we have bipolar ionization on our HVAC system which is recently proven to remove 99.4% of viruses (including COVID-19) and bacteria from the air within 30 minutes. Rest assured we’re doing all we can to provide as safe of a space for your family and the community as possible. See our COVID-19 informational page for more details.
At this time, we ask appointments be kept to those with which you’ve been social distancing. Email us and let us know who is in your party. (Limit of 10 total people (kids and adults), of your choosing). The idea is to limit exposure as much as we can while still providing an inclusive play space where kids can get their wiggles out while parents work, chat, read, or whatever works for them. If you choose to cancel, refunds will be in the form of credit to The Wiggle Room. If you do not show, there will be no refund as we’ve already scheduled the labor.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, especially to those showing active symptoms like coughing, appearing peaked and lethargic. Please understand that this is a precautionary measure and not discriminatory. We reserve the right to check temperatures at the door via temple thermometer, refuse entrance if there’s a fever, and no refund will be issued. Please only come if you are healthy.

How much does it cost:
Non-loyalty members $55/hr; Loyalty members $50/hr*; Additional hours are $5 less ($50 or $45, respectively)*
*Discounts/refunds given in store to loyalty members and for multiple hour reservations at the time of your playdate or can be substituted for up to equivalent value in snacks and drinks from our cafe.
What does it include:
Exclusive access to The Wiggle Room for private play time. It will just be you and whoever you choose to invite. Organize a small playdate! Food and drink options available from our regular menu. Free wifi and a FREE TRAIN RIDE for every kiddo. The Private Play option CANNOT be used for a birthday party. If you are interested in a birthday during one of the private play time slots, the birthday party rate will apply. Please contact Chris for details. Other normal rules will apply.
** Booking time for private play times will end 12 hours in advance of your chosen time, allowing us time to properly staff and prepare for you.
You are also always welcome to call us and check hours/availability. This is something brand new to us that we believe will be of value to our customers during this time. We realize our system of scheduling etc may not be perfect. We will be adjusting as needed and are always open to feedback/suggestions. We plan to resume to normal open public play hours once things have settled back down.
The Work Room Bookings
There is an option to book under “Work Space with Wifi Access”. This is for our customers wishing to take advantage of our The Work Room PDX business model. All appointment types below are the same cost and will block off the time so you can be assured you have exclusive access to The Wiggle Room. Booking “work space” should make it easier for you to pass by your accounting department when submitting for expenses on an expense report.
